Meet Our Richmond Dental Team

Kathy, our registered dental hygienist graduated with honor from George Brown College in Toronto in 2004. She is licensed in BC and Ontario and has been practicing dental hygiene in Vancouver ever since she graduated.

To keep up with new technology, techniques and sharpen her skills, she has committed her time to attend various dental conferences, to take a part in many dental seminars, and to read professional journals. Kathy’s friendly and caring personality along with her solid dental skills and knowledge enable her to deliver gentle and thorough gum treatments to each unique patient.

Kathy has great passion to work together with you to keep your teeth for a life time.

Our full time CDA (certified dental assistant) Irene, has been assisting Dr. Zhang for many years.

She was first inspired to be a dental assistant when she received an emergency treatment from a compassionate dentist during her vacation in Germany. Hoping that everyone’s dental visit is as comfortable as hers was, she completed her dental assistant training in Ontario and has been working many years in both Canada and the United States to fulfill that goal.

She loves kids and is very good at assisting child dental treatments.

The first person you may reach when you call our office is our full time dental receptionist, Daphne. Daphne has over 5 years of working experience as a dental receptionist. She loves what she does and shows it through her constant smile.

She tries her best to accommodate your request and to make appointment times convenient for you. She works hard to help you understand your insurance plan and how it will help to meet your dental needs.

Many of our returning patients comment that seeing Daphne is like seeing an old friend.
